Marcus joined ARTISAN Capital Group (ACG) in 2018 and brings 18 years of real estate investment experience to the team. Marcus has a strong background in asset management, property management, investment acquisitions, due diligence, and construction management - for multi-family and commercial properties. Prior to joining ARTISAN Marcus was a Corporate Supervisor for Hy-Vee Inc., the dominant retail grocery chain through the state of Iowa. 

Marcus is an AMG partner as well as being responsible for leading the asset management department where he focuses on investment financial management, and strategic planning for existing and newly acquired assets. In addition, he maximizes asset value through creating and executing operational and capital expenditure plans.

Marcus received his B.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005.
