Kristen started her Property Management career in 2011 as a Property Manager and held roles as Asset Manager and Area Director before becoming the Director of Property Management focusing on affordable housing and compliance in 2019. Kristen has experience with tax credit/LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, multi-family, student, senior, market, commercial, and acquisition properties. She has conducted compliance for IFA, REAC, HUD, City and State HOME, CDBG, and PCHTF.

Kristen received a BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Iowa State University and has been a licensed real estate agent for the state of Iowa since 2016.
