John joined ARTISAN in September of 2023 and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the various multifamily properties being managed by ARTISAN. In addition, John maintains the financial reporting of all investment entities at Artisan, working with tax preparers to issue timely tax filings to all investors and owners.

Before joining ARTISAN, John served 14 years as Controller and CFO at Orion Residential Advisors. John helped Orion in the purchase of more than 22,000 multiifamily units totaling $2.5 billion. John also served in a similar capacity for 7 years at The Laramar Group.

John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society. John received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
