James has been in Property Management for 17 years and began career at ARTISAN Management Group in 2020. He began his career in Property Management with hands-on maintenance work at all classes of properties where he gained a deep understanding of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that are integral to multifamily buildings. As his career progressed, he transitioned into leadership roles overseeing maintenance teams and implementing cost-effective strategies to prolong the lifespan of each asset. Additionally, his experience can be characterized by a dedication to excellence, a focus on operational efficiency, and a commitment to creating safe, comfortable, and well-maintained residential communities.
