With over 27 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, Darcy Geerdes is a seasoned executive currently serving as Senior Vice President-Multifamily Operations. With a proven track record spanning from on-site management to executive leadership, overseeing large portfolios, Darcy's expertise encompasses a diverse range of experience including market rate, tax credit, Section 8, single-family, student, mixed-use properties as well as acquisitions and dispositions. She has extensive experience in value-add communities, new construction lease ups and large-scale cap ex improvement projects.

She demonstrates commitment to the industry with her CAPS designation, a dedication to elevating occupancy rates, revenue streams, and profitability, while streamlining expenses and minimizing turnover. Embracing a collaborative and inclusive culture, teamwork, and diversity, she champions innovation, driving strategies and initiatives to meet evolving market demands.

Darcy's leadership philosophy centers on fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, including owners, residents, vendors, and partners, she is passionate about fostering strategic growth and operational excellence, consistently upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity in every facet of our operations.

Darcy spent nearly 15 years at Hubbell Realty Company as the Vice President, Multifamily overseeing all multifamily operations. She spearheaded the rebranding of the management platform to “Indigo Living” and launched 3rd party management services during her tenure.



Darcy attended Morningside College in Sioux City, IA and earned an AAS in Marketing Management at Northwest Iowa Community College.
